Does Voice Benefit or Harm Occupational Well‐Being? The Role of Job Insecurity

Although employee voice is integral for organizational functioning, it not well understood how affects occupational well-being, particularly when jobs are perceived as insecure. Drawing from the dual-pathway model of proactivity, which based on self-determination and conservation resources theories, we integrate theorizing well-being consequences with job insecurity literature. First, hypothesize that leads to increases in both vigour fatigue. Second, propose moderates these effects, such effect stronger (weaker) low (high), whereas fatigue high (low).
